2. Stretching Exercise
(Relax tight Calf Muscle)
  • Face a desk, chair or fence in front of you for support
  • Move one leg in front of the other leg.
  • Stretch the calf muscle of the back leg
  • Bend the front leg while keeping the back leg straight and the heel on the ground
  • Stay in this position for 20-30 seconds
  • Repeat 3-4 times
  • Adjust the distance of the front and back leg to vary the intensity of the exercise

  • Pull your belly button closer to the spine and lower as shown
  • Relax your shoulder and chest; breathe normally
  • Try to maintain this position when wearing heels
